Feature Request: ReCaptcha for Forms

Would like to have the ability to use reCAPTCHA on forms. Actually would like to be used site-wide for any submission process where there is not an authenticated user.

It is configured correctly and working correctly for "comments" but no place else on my sites as best I can tell. Now that I understand expected behavior I'll test further to further clarify and document issue.
