Feature request - Merge bootstrap controls/plugins back into system ones

Since we now hold a 'framework' session variable, we can/could easily merge the differences in the bootstrap specific controls and plugins back into the main files.
- buttongroupcontrol
- bootstrap_navbar plugin
- ddrerank plugin
- export_pdf_link plugin
- icon plugin
- printer_friendly_link plugin
