- integrate server-side-processing for DataTables widget
- continue to enhance/refine shipping fulfillment interface
- add multiple shipment package support
- continue to enhance bootstrap3 views, esp. in ecommerce
- continue to clean up (make work) existing ecommerce features
- begin integration for Bootstrap v4 (scss support already integrated)
- begin moving to new calendar logic
- use php locale for days, months, etc..
- add external calendar data caching
- add multi-day events/'fullcalendar' support
- add event->find() logic dealing with events
