Bug: thumbnails may not appear until browser refresh?

This anomaly sometimes randomly appears where the images do not display until the page is refreshed. If so, this could be related to moving to a newer/faster version of phpThumb implemented in exp v234. I'd hate to have to revert back to the older version, so we'll need to keep an eye on this.
